Item Testing and Shipping
The items we sell are tested before listing to ensure a clean frustration free transaction. From experience I know how frustrating it can be when an item arrives damaged or just doesn't work. We make every effort to keep this from happening and if transaction doesn't go smoothly we always correct the situation.

Shipping:
We spend a great deal of time and money properly packing the items we sell. On heavier items we use double wall boxes and if necessary will double box an item. For an auction item consisting mutable pieces will most likely ship the items in separate packages for proper protection. Items are always bubble wrap to protect cosmetics and either cushioned with foam inserts or surrounded with non static high quality foam peanuts that surround the item on all sides with 4" to 6" of protection. Items ship UPS ground and we have had no claims to date.
