Warranty/Returns - Lucky Aces is a freight liquidation company and does not represent any of the manufacturers of the items we list. All items listed by Lucky Aces are void of original manufacturer's warranty. Returns are only accepted on DOA (dead on arrival) items - items listed as working but not in working order when received. Purchaser must contact the seller within 3 business days of receiving a DOA item to receive an RMA (return material authorization) and make return arrangements. No items may be returned without an RMA. All transactions are final after 15 days of auction closing.
