I believe this dates from 1973
I ran this film about 3 years ago with no problems.

On Dec-02-08 at 19:26:57 PST, seller added the following information:OK, I got the 'ole Bell & Howell out and had a screening.
1. The film is narrated by Shel Silverstein.
2. The film does not have an overall red to it.
3. There are some green lines that appear sporadically, but seemed normal enough and were not that distracting to me (this is of course a subjective viewpoint).
4. There are no splices.
5. As far as color is concerned- the animation is drawn in purple with a white background.
Viewing it again was a treat, this is a cool piece of celluloid.
