Q: Can you combine shipping for multiple items?
Yes, we do combine shipping for multiple items at
the same time. It saves a part of the postage. Please email us
if you are going to purchase many items at one time.
Q: How many days spend on delivery?
We send parcels by regularly airmail via Hong
Kong post. Normally, it takes 7-14 business days during the
delivery.

Consignment
- We are happy to accept orders from Europe, North American, Australasia, and other countries, certain country restrictions may apply.
- Parcel will be shipped to you by Registered Airmail that generally takes 7-14 business days (weekend is not included) to deliver on your hands.
- Please allow up to 48 hours preparation for shipping, although usually item send within 24 hours after payment confirmed.
- We offer shipment combine to buyer whom ordered more than one items once time from same site, to save a part of postage.
- We will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.
- All of parcels will be declaimed as ‘Gift', and we always try the best to Legally Minimize your import duties (or GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes). In the most cases of shipping, there is none duty payable. However, if any additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.

Return/Replace Policy
LinkDelight offers a No-hassle exchange within 30days only if your goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
- We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
- The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
- Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while LD will cover all expense of send out replacement.
- Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- LinkDelight does not has responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
- Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
Order Cancellation or Delay payment
Lots of eBay venders only emphasize winning bid or ‘buy it now' equates binding contract to purchase the item, however, LD acknowledges that in some cases customers may unable to finish payment or delay it because unpredictable reasons.
