So now that you have seen the condominium, let us take a moment to tell you what is happening in the neighborhood. First or all Lake Place is in an ideal location. It sits about 1 mile away from I-95, in walking distance to the famous City Place, which includes some of the more renown restaurants and shopping in the area.
 
 
It is always nice to catch a good movie or a show at the Kravis Center which attracts artists from all over the world.
 
Don't forget you are only about 2 miles from famous Palm Beach with the Breakers Hotel.

As you go out of the gates to the left the road forms a cul-de-sac where you have the up and coming luxury condominiums SAIL CLUB which start at $400,000 for a one bedroom. They will sit on calm Clear Lake (part of the city's water supply). Other 2 bedroom 2 bath condo's in the area have sold from a high of $230,000 to a low of $179,000. In Lake Place average sale prices of units have been as high as in the $180's during the boom. One of the most recent sales of an upstairs unit without upgrades was $135,000. Here is a chance to get a great deal on a first or second home. The HOA fees are $275 a month and include water, sewage, cable, insurance, grounds and building exterior maintenance.
