Return Policy
1. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. No refunds or credits. If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. RMA number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Email within 7 days of receiving shipment and request RMA number. Return item must be received within 14 days after RMA Number is issued. Return item must be accompanied with original invoice and original packing, also mark RMA number on the box.

Must email and request RMA number. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee Refund selling price only, shipping and handling will not be refunded Items returned without RMA number or after 30 days will not be accepted.
Bid Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel bids by users with excessive negative feedback or do not conform to the "Terms of Sale". Please bid only if you are serious about completing this transaction.
