I bought this couple of years ago and used it for a total time not exceeding 5 - 6 hours tops. Been sitting on my computer desk since then unused. The picture background is from a slide I scanned in-GREAT details! Does a fantastic job.
It has the latest firmware upgrade already installed, and I've downloaded and burned the latest version of the Coolscan software (Ver. 4) which is included.
Tested everything before listing - no problems, works as it's supposed to.
