I bought it NEW at Circuit City for $999.95 about 8 months ago. Was planning to
use it for taping
teenage sons football games in HiDef, but league did not get enough players--no football
team.
I decided to sell the camera since I already have a cheaper knock around
camcorder for vacation use

Comment: You may be interested in this accessory--I have a hidef wide angle 0.55x adapter for sale, best you can buy. It works perfectly on the hv20 with no vignetting the corners of a hidef wide screen picture.
