SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) via UPS. UPS requires a physical address, no PO Box address will be shipped. We will notify you when shipped via email to your registered email address. It usually take from 2-5 days to recieve your shipment after it is shipped. Actual transit time varies. Mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.
- Combine shipping will be automatically calculated by Marketworks Checkout (see below). You must wait till all of your winning auctions end then complete the Marketworks Checkout procedure. Once you completed the checkout process, you will not be able to combine additional auction(s). Combine orders must be made in 1 single payment. Auctions can be combined for 5 days from the end of 1st auction.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipment, we recommend that winning bidders purchase the optional insurance.
- Shipper not responsible for lost or damaged items. Shipping & Handling is not negotiable.
PAYMENT:
Please use the CHECKOUT LINK right above of the auction to checkout.
We accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks (7 day hold until clear).
Money orders & Cashier Checks: please include eBay item # with the payment.
We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder if payment is not received 10 days after the auction ended.
RETURNS:
Exchanges are offered for items that are defective when received, although this is highly unlikely. Please contact us before taking any action. Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days after receiving. After 3 days, exchanges will not be given. Sorry, no refunds. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost.
IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc. that came with your order. These will be used to verify claims if there are any problem with your order. We can't help you if you can't help us verify your claim, if thrown away, we're not responsible for any claims made.

Emails are normally answered within 24 hours, please understand ebay's allotted response time for email is 1 to 3 business days.
If you do not receive a response from us PLEASE TEST YOUR EMAIL. Many times it's due to a full mailbox or error in your e-mail. This is very common for AOL & HOTMAIL users.
