We ship UPS Ground Insured on all breakable items. USPS is used for small, uninsured items and paper items. USPS does not pick up packages in our area, so those items are shipped once per week. In the event that the item breaks in shipping we WILL file a appropriate claims & refund will be issued when insurance claim is paid, by ups or usps.
