Items are shipped from California and transit time varies between 2-6 business days in the U.S.depending on your location. We do not ship on most Holidays and weekends. Shipping charge will be more to following locations HI, PR, VI, Guam and APO addresses. Order will be shipped with the shipping carrier of seller's choice. Seller is NOT liable for any International customs duty fees, brokerage fees. We email you a tracking number after shipping label is printed. There is no tracking number for international first class and priority mail. 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to CA buyers. Insurance is strongly recommended.
Exchange / Return Policies:
We offer a 10 day return/refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send item back (at buyer’s expense) for refund. Item will be refunded less 20% restocking/service fee. Return order must be in the same condition as received. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item. Defective items can only be exchanged for same identical item only. Buyer must return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out. Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email for authorization. All return orders must include your eBay user ID, eBay item # and a brief reason for the return order. We do not cover the return shipping charge. We will not process a return order without this required info.
