Seller is NOT liable for any International customs duty fees, brokerage fees. We email you a tracking number after shipping label is printed. There is no tracking number for international first class and priority mail. 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to CA buyers. Insurance is strongly recommended.
Exchange / Return Policies:
We offer a 10 day return/refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send item back (at buyer’s expense) for refund. Item will be refunded less 20% restocking/service fee. Return order must be in the same condition as received. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item. Defective items can only be exchanged for same identical item only. Buyer must return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out. Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email for authorization. All return orders must include your eBay user ID, eBay item # and a brief reason for the return order. We do not cover the return shipping charge. We will not process a return order without this required info.
