Payment: Payments must be made within 72 hrs of winning or the item will be re-listed. Australian bidders can pay by direct deposit (preferred) or by Paypal. Overseas bidders can pay by Paypal only.
I am a patient person however if I don't hear from you and receive no payment I will not hesitate to report the item unpaid.
Please don't bid if you don't intend to pay within the terms stated on this auction. My feedback reflects a lot of happy buyers and out of the over 3000 transactions taken place on Ebay the only four negative experiences have been from non-paying bidders. I pride myself on a high level of customer service and satisfaction and always aim to have my buyers enjoy their trading experience with me.
PLEASE DON'T LEAVE NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS I WILL ALWAYS TRY MY BEST TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. ALWAYS EMAIL ME WITH ANY PROBLEMS IF ANY SHOULD ARISE.
Shipping: I charge as close as possible to actual costs of postage and packing materials. I also recycle as much as possible though I still find I spend a fortune on bubble wrap and packing tape so your item gets to you in one piece.
I normally post items within 2 days of auction close however occasionally it might take a day longer as I work a full time job as well as trading my wares on Ebay so PLEASE be patient!
Items shipped without registered post or insurance are not my responsibility once I have posted them. I find Australia Post reliable for the most part and in nearly five years of selling I've only had two parcels go missing. I do find however for your peace of mind it is best to spend the extra $3 and send your item registered.
