Guarantee: We offer a refund if the item is not as described. Buyer must notify seller within 3 days of receipt of the item, and the item must be returned within 7 business days.
Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 3 days and notify us if the item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction.
Items damaged in shipping are not included in the satisfaction guarantee described above, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims.
Unless the item has been shipped by freight, there will be a full refund (including original shipping costs) on items that are not as described.
