To help protect the winning bidder for loss or damage during shipping, the winner will be responsible for all insurance and shipping charges incurred. Insurance is not automatically or correctly included in the S&H charges by Paypal or the USPS. My ad may say that it is, please, disregard that statement. This is an ongoing problem with Paypal and the USPS.
If this won’t work for you, please don’t bid.
When additional insurance and/or shipping charges are incurred, buyer pays for those charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to some countries in Asia will be by USPS Express Mail International only, requiring full value insurance and a signed return receipt. Buyer is responsible for all of these charges if any.
Please check with us before bidding.
All other international shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
Full value insurance is required, for all international shipments, no matter what the amount.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic shipments of $100.00 or more require full value insurance coverage.
An invoice will be sent to the winner for the additional amount, (if any). Items will only be shipped when all invoices are paid.
This applies to free and/or paid shipping offers.
When free shipping is offered it does not include free insurance.
I’m truly sorry for such a long winded statement about the insurance.
Until Paypal, Ebay, & the USPS get their acts together, we will have to suffer together.
