  Your item will be shipped out using FedEx Ground.  Please note that the email address alsurplus@gmail.com will be the address from which your tracking number will be provided from.  We do require a phone number for all items so our carrier can contact you when your item arrives to your location.  All of our Canadian shipments require a phone number as well.  Please make sure you include the correct shipping address when you pay, to make a change after the item has shipped will cost money. This is not our policy; this is our shipper’s policy.  We do not ship during the weekend and during most major Holidays.
