ALL SALES in which payment has not been received within seven days of auction close will automatically enter into an unpaid item dispute on the 8^th day in accordance with eBay policy, no exceptions.

Shipping:

NOTE: We only charge what it costs us to ship, we do not make any money whatsoever on our shipping. In fact, we often lose a few dollars here and there. We try to build in a couple of dollars to cover packing material, tape, and the like so if you see a charge of $12.00 for a $9.30 flat rate box it’s simply to cover the material that I mentioned NOT to make any sort of profit from shipping.

WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HANDLING FEES FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND ONLY A THREE DOLLAR HANDLING FEE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (it’s a lot of paperwork and extra time)

DOMESTIC: Alternate domestic shipping is available, including next day if desired.

We ship primarily with the United States Post Office. Other methods of shipping are available if desired.

Shipping will be as indicated in each auction unless other arrangements have been made prior to the close of auction. We ship daily Monday-Friday. Domestic handling time is 3 business days but we usually ship the next business day. . If I have stated that Buyer and I May Arrange Shipping in the auction there are several options available including freight. I am willing to deliver the item to a local shipper; I will provide their information upon request. You can make financial arrangements with them directly for shipment and any specialty packaging if you prefer. I will provide proper standard packaging at no additional charge. I can provide other requested packaging, such as pallets, crating, exceptionally fragile, unusual or irregular for a nominal fee. Contact me for any needed arrangements.

Local pick-ups: We will provide a contact phone number for pick-up arrangements.

NOTE: USPS Parcel Post shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, keep this in mind when bidding on an item with this stated shipping method. We use this method at times to keep the shipping cost at a minimum. The Post Office DOES NOT provide tracking information for this type of shipping. You will receive a confirmation number only.

TRANSIT TIME: As stated on eBay, shipping transit times are NOT the responsibility of the seller. Please be aware of this while waiting for your item to arrive.

 INTERNATIONAL: Shipping will be via USPS Global Express/Priority ONLY. Please contact me for rates and transit time. International handling time is 3 business days.

INSURANCE: Shipping insurance is strongly recommended on all items. NO REFUNDS will be given on damaged, missing, lost or broken items related to shipping. YOU MUST file a claim with the carrier not with us. We ship a lot of very delicate items and we know how to pack them properly for shipment, and we always do, as reflected in our feedback comments from buyers, we WILL NOT give refunds on claims of inadequate packing in lieu of avoiding the cost of insurance. Basically, if you choose not to have your item insured you will NOT receive a refund from us. Please be aware of this when considering the cost of insurance.

Return Policy:

I will gladly accept returns , unless otherwise stated in the description, provided that the item(s) are returned in the same condition within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). All accepted returns are given as money-back in the same form that payment was received. There will be NO REFUNDS on shipping cost.
