We only ship to the USA and Canada. When paying by paypal or credit card we only ship to the confirmed address or the credit card billing address. If you specify a different shipping address in checkout your address will be changed to the paypal confirmed address or credit card billing address. Insurance is included in the shipping amount. We will attempt to ship your item within 2-5 business days after payment has been received. We will offer a 20 percent discount for multiple auctions won with a minimum of 3 and a limit of 5 seperate auctions. It is possible that you will receive more than one box on multiple auctions due to size restrictions and guidlines set by UPS and USPS.

| THE PICK UP SERVICE WILL BE CLOSED ON NOVEMBER 27th and NOVEMBER 28th. Items may be picked up locally at our Independence location at the Carefree Industrial Park. For those of you that have been here before, we now have a separate location for eBay pick-ups only in the rear of our facility in Unit 700 of Carefree Industrial Park. There will be a handling fee of $2.00 per each item added to all orders that are picked up as well as MO sales tax. Please pay for your item(s) thru checkout before arriving to pick up your purchase. Make a note of the Kyozou order number and bring that with you. You may obtain your order number at anytime after you have checked out by logging back into checkout and reviewing your order history. You may only pickup on or up to 5 days after the date you selected during checkout and must bring your order number to receive prompt service. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and relist the item if the item(s) are not picked up within the 5 business days.
Please make sure to inspect your item for damage as we will not be responsible for damages on pickup items once they leave the dock.
